Chapter Meeting Notes

Lew Kirchner called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM

Lew reminded everyone that already hasn’t to renew his or her membership

New members Gary and Jan Hilewasky introduced themselves.

Old Business:

Christmas Party-

Will be held at the Great Wolf Lodge Friday December 1^st. $20 per person. Ticket includes hors d’oeuvres and meal. Room rate is $109 per night. If staying in a room access to amenities are available all day Saturday. John Lefler will check on suite rates. Rooms held under the name of Northern Chapter-Harley Group.

Father Fred-

July 17 and 18^th. Applications for permits have been made. No signs needed from Front Street businesses. We need to give them two weeks notice though. Pre-sale is preferred. Still waiting on credit card processing.

New Business:

Chapter meeting times-we will hold to 6:30 pm social tine and 7:00 meeting start.

This month’s events-pool tournament February 20^th from 2-6 pm at Timberlane’s. Euchre party @ the Purkiss’ February 27^th. Please RSVP so they know how many to expect.

Awards-Rich Brown: Blue pin with 4 danglers, Kris Van Deusen: Red pin with 2 danglers and Eric Fischer: Gold pin with 5 danglers.

Roberta asked those with 5 punches to leave his or her name with her.

Road Captain course-Contact Jim Wrede if you are interested in attending. Class to be held Wednesday, March 3^rd 6:30pm at TBA.
