State Rally Information The 2012 State Rally Website has registration nailed this year... it is already open and online registraion is available there is a lot of information on it already on the site so check it regularly for updates. For those interested many of us have rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express already. You fill find reservation information here and a quick list of highlights to look forward to. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Membership Forms for 2012 Yes it is that time again it is time to renew our memberships for 2012. If you have already done so then you are ahead of the game. If you haven't then take a minute and follow the link below and you can fill the form in on your computer. There are changes for this year's profile form so please take a moment to give the information. This form is a fillable PDF file which means you can type your information into the form and print it out. We are working to make a version that you can save the information making renewing your membership even easier. Please use this form as it aids in reducing administrative errors. Your Officers hope you had a great Holiday Season and that you are ready for 2012. Please check out the officers page for updated officers for 2012 as introduced at the Christmas Party. Remember we meet at 6:30 pm during the winter months the same time our rides started during the riding season. We look forward to a great 2012 and you being a part of it. See you there! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Looking forward to 2012 Now is a great time to get signed up for the Basic Rider Course offered through Suttons Bay Schools. They have not posted a hard schedule but if you have a weekend in mind you can attempt to enroll through the Suttons Bay Schools Web Site and if they don't have a class they will let you know. I have emailed the William Web and requested a calendar. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We Want You for 2012 Our organization is all volunteer based and our volunteers work hard hosting parties, supporting club events, and having a good time in general. We are serious about our bikes and our fun we like seeing everyone get a chance to participate as we help futher the Harley experience. If you want to participate in any event we always discuss event information and recruit volunteers at our chapter meetings. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The 2012 Father Fred (20th Anniversary) Another wonderful Father Fred Weekend is being hatched for the 20th Anniversary Father Fred Weekend so stay tuned. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Need More Details For more information on any event please check the Northern Chapter Newsletter. Lorri puts a lot of work into the newsletter to provide details along with her weekly informational email blast (another benefit of membership). We got a preview of things to come... supporting Northern Michigan Local Hamburger joings. Rules are being published and should be ready at the next chapter meeting. Who knows what each chapter meeting brings. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our New Activity Coordinator Beth Denoyer Please don't forget that Roberta always valued hearing from the members for rides that are scheduled without a destination or a party you want to share with the Northern Chapter Family. All ideas are welcomed and appreciated. Remember, if you want to host a party or get-together let's give it some exposure and get it scheduled so we can get some participation for your event. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Got That Picture... Wanna Share? We all have digital cameras so let's share our photos. I have created a chapter Picasa site so we don't loose links to some of those valuable memories! Please feel free to email me with photos, bring them on a disk to a chapter meeting, or other event and give them to me or one of the other photographers.
